That's what a good sale is for, right?
I managed to get all these in the sale so I won't be linking them as they will probably be dead in a couple of weeks time! However, some products are definitely available full sized, so I may link those if I have the time. Honestly, I have a few of these posts still to write and go live so please bare with the festive blogging a little bit longer.
Anywho! I have tried a few bits from the sets I got but obviously not all of them yet... I only have one face after all! And so far so good, I have pretty much loved everything.
I have used Emma Hardie skincare before, so I knew what I was getting with these little mini's. I love them, specifically the Moringa Cleansing balm, so easy to travel with, cheap, and came with a cleansing cloth. You just have to remember a little goes along way with some of these smaller sizes. I am a bugger for never really finishing off full sized products, so environmentally these smaller ones are better for me.

Sunday Riley is a brand so coveted by other bloggers that I couldn't wait to try it. This set was still a bit pricey in the Space NK sale even after it was discounted, but c'est la vie. I can't say the products I have tried so far (all two of them) were anything to write home about but I will keep trying.
My favourite products from the Best of the Best Origins set has to be Origins Checks and Balances Frothy Face Wash and the Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Soothing Treatment Lotion. The face wash feels really luxurious, however, doesn't fare too well with sensitive areas... I literally couldn't open my eyes for about 30 seconds it stung that much! The toner is lovely and fresh smelling. This doesn't sting on application but feels astringent anyway, exactly what you want from a toner.
I picked up a couple of hair care bits too including the Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil collection. So far I have used the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer and I really liked it. It didn't make my hair sticky or greasy and it left it feeling and looking sleek and shiny.
I also bought the Christophe Robin Colour Fixator Wheat Germ Shampoo after absolutely loving the Clarifying Shampoo with Camomile & Cornflower and I was so disappointed. It had the consistency of water which I hated, and my hair got so greasy after just one day. It's a no from me.
And finally, one can't have enough Invisibobble's. I have tried the non branded ones but they just aren't in the same league.
And that's pretty much it for sale purchases. What have you picked up, beauty related or otherwise, in the January sales? I'd love to know.
