Looking sharp in shearling.

I have always wanted a shearling jacket. They alway look so cool on other people, I worried I might not have been able to pull it off, but I think if you find the perfect one you can't go wrong.

I went for tan, but I also purchased a similar style in black too. To be perfectly honest, I was a little bit worried about buying a coat so light in colour as I am naturally clumsy and can't usually go a day without some kinda spillage!

The versatility of this jacket is great too. I can dress it up or down, or even just throw it on if I am nipping out for errands. It always looks smart though and I think that is my favourite thing about this coat.

This style of jacket has some major staying power too. I tend to shy away from fast fashion anymore, it just costs too much and I really don't have the occasions to wear a massive wardrobe.


Coats though, they are my jam.


I am a really cold person so the more coats the better I say. This particular coat is actually quite weighty and keeps me warmer than I thought it would. They also tend to come roomier than expected. I got my normal size (8) which allowed for relatively cosy knit underneath.
